【Features】 ○ A wide range of combustion adjustment (turn-down ratio) is possible up to 40:1. ○ Adopting a semi-nozzle mix combustion method, it provides excellent flame stability in low combustion areas, with no occurrence of incomplete combustion (CO generation) or aldehyde generation due to excess air. ○ Clean combustion with a short frame eliminates the need for a heat exchanger, allowing for a recirculation method that minimizes fuel costs and maximizes thermal efficiency. ○ The control box is equipped with interlocks (gas pressure, air pressure, high temperature cut-off, motor stop, circulation blower stop, etc.), which automatically shut off gas supply, preventing unexpected accidents. ○ A highly reliable blast-type pilot burner is used, and flame detection is incorporated with a flame rod (or ultraviolet vision) to reliably and quickly catch flames and prevent gas generation. ○ The automatic temperature control device adopts a PID type (standard specification), allowing for delicate temperature adjustments. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
