This is a connector that can be used in a hybrid state at 3500 psi (approximately 2400 meters deep). It was developed for inspecting oil pipelines and can withstand corrosive and high-pressure environments. It is also suitable for applications for the Ministry of Defense. The coupling nut part of the connector ranges from approximately 14 mm in diameter to a maximum of about 43 mm, making it a compact connector. It uses shells made of 316 stainless steel or marine bronze and supports high-density insert arrangements (1 to 130 cores). Additionally, it employs a "piston" O-ring as a static pressure seal. The crimp contacts are compatible with AWG #12 to #30 wires. Some MIL-standard tools can be repurposed. The receptacle is available in board-mount and hermetic types (withstanding 1000 psi, approximately 700 meters deep). Our domestic factory (Futtsu, Chiba Prefecture) is capable of underwater polyurethane molding processing.
