Output voltage of 160kV to 360kV, with low ripple, high stability, and lightweight.
The 2000W high-voltage power supply "SLS" provides output voltages from 160kV to 360kV at 2000W. Thanks to a high-frequency resonant inverter, it enables stable operation under harsh conditions using unique control methods. This high-voltage multiplier unit has a compact overall size due to its solid sealed and air hybrid design. Composed of a 20kV interlock wafer, this multiplier unit features a flexible block stacking structure, allowing for various output configurations. For more details, please download the catalog.
