We will implement easy and simple energy-saving measures with the current equipment. Energy-saving measures system.
The "Energy-Saving Inverter System KISS" is a dedicated energy-saving system designed to reduce the power consumption of existing hydraulic pumps. The sensor instantly determines the pressure holding (standby) state of the hydraulic system from the pump's discharge pressure and controls the rotation speed of the drive motor. Additionally, the controller function is built into the inverter, resulting in a compact design with excellent cost performance. It is ideal for equipment such as machine tools that have long pressure holding (standby) states. For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
**Features** ○ Significant energy-saving effects due to reduced power consumption → By detecting the pressure holding state from the sensor detection value and automatically forcing the rotation speed of the hydraulic pump, power consumption during the pressure holding state is significantly reduced. ○ Easy installation and adjustment for a worry-free introduction → The additional equipment required is only the inverter control panel and pressure sensor, allowing the existing hydraulic unit to be used as is by simply installing the sensor. ○ Stable operation with an inverter that has a built-in controller function → The setting operations during adjustment are centralized to the inverter parameter operations, eliminating the need for a dedicated controller and making it easy to handle. ○ Noise reduction measures that consider the environment without construction → Improving the sound environment is an environmental challenge alongside energy saving. By lowering the motor rotation speed during the pressure holding state, noise is significantly reduced in addition to energy savings. ○ Peace of mind with backup functionality → Thanks to a unique commercial backup circuit, in the event of an inverter or pressure sensor failure, a quick switch to commercial power operation allows for rapid recovery. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
