For the treatment of oils, fats, and proteins in food factories, as well as wastewater treatment in the paper and pulp industry. Achieves high separation efficiency with clear treated water and high-concentration floating scum. Space-saving installation.
"Inca Microflotation" uses pressurized water infused with a large amount of air to generate micron-sized ultra-fine bubbles, achieving high separation efficiency. Even with high concentrations of raw water, clear treated water can be obtained, and the floating scum is also highly concentrated. Due to the fast floating speed, it can be installed in narrow spaces. 【Are you facing these issues?】 ■ Unable to treat high-concentration raw water with conventional pressurized flotation ■ Looking for a pressurized flotation separation device that can produce clear treated water ■ Want to increase the concentration of floating scum to reduce waste and reuse treated water It is actively used in a wide range of industrial fields, such as reducing the loss of valuable substances in paper and pulp factories and lowering wastewater treatment costs in food factories. 【Features】 ■ Coagulant is added after mixing raw water and circulating water, causing aggregation with the bubbles ■ No need for a coagulation tank if the coagulant is a single liquid ■ Easy reuse of both treated water and floating scum *For more details, please refer to the materials. Company information
Japan Inca was established in Taisho 8 (1919) as Taisho Concrete Co., Ltd., and entered the water treatment field in Showa 10 (1935). Since then, for many years, we have introduced advanced European technologies to the Japanese and Asian markets through the design and manufacturing of water treatment equipment and devices, focusing on "sewage treatment" and "industrial wastewater treatment." The water treatment business is an essential part of human existence, and it is currently attracting significant attention from a global perspective in areas such as living environment improvement, industrial development, and ecology. In this sense, we believe that the stage for Japan Inca's activities will continue to expand in the future. To live up to the name of "Inca of Technology" and "Inca of Proposals" that we have cultivated over the years, all of our employees will continue to refine Japan Inca's business and strive to be of greater assistance to your lives and businesses than ever before.
