This is a robust magnetostrictive linear displacement sensor designed to withstand harsh environments such as shock, vibration, and temperature using magnetostrictive technology.
This sensor is a compact, non-contact, high-reliability sensor specially developed through rigorous testing to fit within hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. To accommodate various applications, it offers selectable interfaces such as analog, PWM, CANopen, and J1939. It also supports SIL2 and performance level d, which will become essential in the future. This robust sensor provides optimal solutions for automation and safety in construction machinery, railways, and agricultural machinery. Additionally, the RF sensor, with a maximum range of 20m, can monitor displacements of tunnel walls and slopes in real-time at up to 30 points with a resolution of 1μm, ensuring safe and reliable construction.

■A compact stainless steel displacement sensor designed for use built into hydraulic cylinders ■Suitable for vehicle clevis-type cylinders and cylinders with limited mounting space ■The sensor head is housed in a robust stainless steel case containing the circuit board ■The sensor rod contains the detection element and magnetostrictive wire within a pressure-resistant stainless rod, fitting inside a ground piston rod ■The magnet is the only moving part, mounted at the bottom of the piston, moving non-contact along the sensor rod without wear; the magnetic field generated by this magnet acts on the internal magnetostrictive wire as it passes through the sensor rod to detect the magnet's position 【Features】 ● Non-contact ● High precision ● Maximum length of 20m (RF type) ● Simultaneous detection of up to 30 positions (RF type) ● Redundancy (two sensors in one housing) ● Ultra-compact, can be built into hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders ● Built-in for vehicles, railways, and marine cylinders ● Measures absolute position and movement speed ● Interfaces available: analog (voltage, current), PWM, CANopen, J1939, etc. ● Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +105℃
