- It removes die-cast parting burrs and inner diameter burrs without damaging the workpiece. - The deburring process is completed in about 1/5 the time of conventional filing work. - The drive mechanism uses vibration (reciprocating motion) instead of rotation, allowing the operator to work safely. - During wear, simply replacing the brush part is sufficient. - Since the brush does not contain abrasives, the surface finish of the workpiece is significantly cleaner. - It is considerably cheaper compared to conventional deburring tools. - For complex-shaped workpieces, it can penetrate grooves and holes like a toothbrush to remove burrs with powerful vibrations. - The mounting position of the brush unit is flexible, accommodating both right-handed and left-handed users. - By combining with a balancer, operators can work easily without getting tired. - It is not sold in lots, so you can purchase it casually from just one set.
