The high-performance mixer "Active Turbine" operates differently from conventional mixers, which mix by moving the entire liquid. It is believed that the energy given to the liquid, which is converted into heat, is greater than the energy used for mixing. The new Active Turbine was conceived from a different perspective than traditional mixing. The Active Turbine incorporates a stationary mixer (commonly known as a static mixer) onto the impeller of a pump, utilizing centrifugal force to achieve micro-mixing of the passing material. The Active Turbine can be used across a wide range of viscosities, from low to high. It is also suitable for substances that may precipitate crystals (thixotropic liquids). We have developed partial mixers such as D1 and D2 specifically for the Active Turbine, allowing for compatibility with various liquids.
