We adopt a servo press mold to minimize product damage while cutting large resin burrs. Burrs near the product and fine burrs are cut using a laser. We employ two types of removal methods to quickly eliminate burrs. After the burr removal process, the products are captured by a camera for inspection of the burr removal status.
