The architectural glass "Hercules A" is a laminated glass made from new technology. It uses an acrylic resin developed specifically for glass in its interlayer. As a new type of architectural glass, it possesses excellent characteristics not found in conventional laminated glass. Compared to standard film-laminated glass, it has higher transparency and cuts over 99% of ultraviolet rays, preventing discoloration and deterioration of indoor furnishings. **Features** ○ Beautiful Transparency → The base clear specification has higher transparency compared to general film-laminated glass. ○ UV Cut → Cuts over 99% of ultraviolet rays. ○ High Weather Resistance → After 3000 hours of testing with the Suga testing machine and Sunshine Weather Meter (repeated UV exposure and warm water spraying), the color difference (ΔE) is 1.2%. ○ High Light Resistance → In the accelerated light resistance test by Iwasaki Electric using the I-Super UV Tester (temperature 63℃, humidity 50%, irradiance 100mW/cubic meter), after 300 hours, ΔE = 2.2%. ○ Strong Against Thermal Shock → In the thermal shock test by Satake Chemical Machinery Industry (–50℃ for 30 minutes, –100℃ for 30 minutes, –50℃ for 30 minutes), after 500 cycles, ΔE = 1.0%. ○ Sunlight Heat Countermeasures → A small amount of white pigment is added to the clear resin layer to provide heat insulation without losing light transmission. ○ Colored Glass → The color variations are theoretically infinite, allowing for the realization of a wide range of colors desired by architectural designers. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
