●Simple Panel Operation Temperature, time, and stirring, which are labor-intensive aspects of production management, can be easily and reliably controlled by anyone through the panel operation. ◆Temperature Management… Sensors attached to the tank detect the temperature of the stirred material, maintaining a constant fermentation and refrigeration temperature. After fermentation is complete, it automatically switches to refrigeration. ◆Time Management… The stirring timer manages the stirring time when ingredients are added, and the fermentation timer manages the fermentation time. ◆Stirring Management… The stirring mode selection switch allows for either "continuous" or "intermittent" stirring while the stirring timer is active. After the stirring timer stops, it switches to "automatic," performing automatic stirring during fermentation and storage with the built-in timer. ●Clean Design The Ruban 30 and Ruban 60 use a lift-type stirring unit. The Ruban 100 and Ruban 260 have a cover that opens fully and is removable. The structure makes it easy to clean the inside of the tank, ensuring it remains hygienic.
