Designing the most effective vibration isolation system tailored to machines, from small to large.
The "Akos Vibration Isolation System AVS-1" uses spherical vibration isolation rubber and employs a special system that allows for the natural frequency to be set arbitrarily, ensuring that vibration isolation performance does not degrade due to displacement of the upper machinery or fluctuations in the load. This system is particularly optimal for situations where the number of vehicles varies, such as in multi-story parking garages. The "Akos Vibration Isolation System AVS-1" is designed and provided to be the most effective vibration isolation system tailored to various machines, from small equipment to large machinery like multi-story parking garages, and has received positive feedback. basic information
【Features】 ○ The displacement can be freely set regardless of the magnitude of the upper load. → Even with a lightweight upper load, a large displacement can be set. → The natural frequency can be sufficiently lowered, allowing for good vibration isolation effects. ○ There is little difference in displacement due to fluctuations in the upper load, enabling large displacements. → Changes in natural frequency due to fluctuations in the upper load are minimal, minimizing the reduction in vibration isolation performance. ○ The load constituting the floating floor is set by a bolt set, with no load on the vibration isolation system. → There is less load burden on the floor. ○ Maintenance is possible after the machine is set, allowing for the replacement of vibration isolation rubber without removing the machine. ○ It can be compressed in a pre-bent state. → There is little displacement difference during installation, allowing for precise placement of the equipment. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
