Directly solve the variability in measurement results and achieve precision and high reproducibility!

When measuring the hardness of rubber materials using a spring-type durometer manually, there is a problem of variability in the measurement results. The CL-150 series is a constant pressure and constant speed loading device designed to solve this issue. By adopting a flexible joint mechanism, it precisely resolves the variability in measurement results and achieves high precision and reproducibility. basic information

【Features】 ○ The pressing force of the instrument on the sample is always kept constant by a static load using weights. ○ The pressing speed is maintained constant by a lifting mechanism using an air damper, and can be adjusted using a speed control knob. ○ Unlike hydraulic dampers, there is no concern about oil leakage or the need for oil replenishment. ○ The adoption of a flexible joint mechanism ensures that the instrument's pressing surface reliably contacts even tilted sample surfaces. ○ Measurement pressures of 500g, 1000g, 1250g, and 5000g can be achieved. 【Lineup】 ○ CL-150L model ○ CL-150M model ○ CL-150H model ○ CL-150SL model ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
