The lightweight and flexible characteristics of the elastomer are due to foaming.
Higashiho is a manufacturer of extruded and shaped extruded products. "Extrusion" is a technology that literally means "shaping by pushing out." Using extrusion technology, we create products that can flexibly accommodate various genres. We are capable of foaming various materials and hardness (JIS-A 0°), including olefin-based elastomers and styrene-based gels. We achieve a balance of cushioning properties, appearance, colorability, and suitability for double-sided tape through a two-layer structure. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.*
