■ Backflow Prevention Mechanism Backflow of gas occurs due to operational errors with the blowpipe. It is particularly prone to returning on the fuel gas side, and this phenomenon is prevented by the backflow valve. ■ Backfire Prevention Mechanism Backfires that occur inside the blowpipe are extinguished by the flame extinguishing filter, and the backfire pressure activates the backflow valve to stop the gas supply. Once the backfire subsides and normal operation resumes, it can continue to be used as is. However, if backfires occur repeatedly, the extinguishing filter may become clogged with soot, leading to poor gas flow. When this phenomenon is observed, it is necessary to replace the mini tackle. ■ Color-Coded Sockets for Different Gases The socket for oxygen is marked with a "blue" label, while the socket for fuel gas is marked with a "red" label, ensuring that there are no mistakes in handling. Additionally, the dimensions of the plugs for oxygen and fuel gas are different to prevent any mix-ups. ■ Recommendation for Combined Use with Oxygen Backfire phenomena can occur not only on the fuel gas side but also on the oxygen side. To ensure safety, it is necessary to use it in conjunction with oxygen.
