Developed a micro spray gun with a leaf nozzle capable of forming a wide pattern for thin film coating and granulation.
A micro spray gun with a leaf nozzle has been developed to create a wide pattern by applying micro-vibrations to atomized droplets. This further improves the coating of the bottom and sides of uneven surfaces.

basic information
A liquid spray coating gun has been developed that utilizes a compressed gas flow for generating fine particles to self-oscillate a leaf nozzle, allowing for high coating rates without rebound on the coated object. The generated fine particles can be used as granules in pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. By enabling the leaf nozzle to discharge at a high-speed self-oscillation operation of over 10 cycles per second, a pulse coating method is achieved through high-speed intermittent operation, which prevents rebound of the liquid spray flow equal to or greater than that of conventional methods. This creates an effect between the leaf nozzle and the coated object that significantly improves coating efficiency. Compared to the conventional pulse coating method that involves opening and closing the valve of a discharge injection valve for intermittent spraying, the structure is simpler, and due to the absence of frequent moving parts, there are almost no failures, unlike the intermittent pulse coating method that suffers from severe wear and tear of moving parts.
