The application of water-based conformal coating materials had previously faced challenges such as bubbles and long drying times. However, with the development of a star-shaped nozzle, bubble-free film application has become possible, achieving high atomization performance. Additionally, the significant increase in non-blurring after application has led to a reduction in drying time (2 to 5 minutes at room temperature, though this varies with film thickness). The application gun is a tool-less disassembly and assembly FS-type micro spray gun designed for thin film application, equipped with the new star-shaped nozzle and a high-durability needle necessary for dot spraying, and operates through a dedicated stitch timer system.
