This spray gun utilizes a unique automatic coating nozzle mechanism and has successfully added a narrow and small circulation circuit in front of its discharge nozzle, allowing for the uniform spray application of liquid materials containing fillers that are prone to settling. The specially developed nozzle features a star-shaped tip (patent pending), which promotes fine atomization, allowing liquid particles to adhere to uneven surfaces without excessive bouncing. Additionally, due to increased viscosity, the liquid particles form a uniform film without dripping.

Even low-viscosity liquid materials, created by mixing resins containing diluent solvents with a viscosity of 50 CPS or less at approximately 30% by volume, can achieve film formation of circular patterns with a diameter of 10 mm or less and linear patterns with a width of 10 mm or less without reducing coating efficiency. This is a continuous automatic dispensing device with a circulation system that continuously supplies filler-containing liquid materials from a material tank, which is constantly stirred by an electromagnetic stirrer or similar device, to the tip of the application gun via a supply pump and then returns to the tank.
