The Mastercycler nexus is a thermal cycler that consistently delivers the highest reproducibility and results due to its extremely high block temperature control accuracy and block temperature uniformity. Its rapid block temperature stabilization significantly reduces running time. With a uniquely designed universal block and the flexlid, which automatically adjusts the height of the heat lid according to the height of consumables, it accommodates 0.1 to 0.5 ml PCR tubes and various shapes of 96-well PCR plates without the need for block exchange. Additionally, it can be connected to up to two Mastercycler nexus eco units, enabling high throughput at a low cost.
