【Features】 ○ Horizontal Movement Type Winding Head System → By horizontally moving the winding head in accordance with the increase in product winding diameter, the web posture just before winding is kept constant. → Achieves winding quality equivalent to that of a slitter. ○ Twin Head Winding System → High-precision winding heads follow from the start of product winding to the end of winding, including cutting and rewinding, allowing for stable and precise winding without stopping or slowing down the line. ○ Twin Contact Roller System → Dedicated contact rollers for each axis pair with each twin winding head, following from the start of product winding to the end of winding, including cutting and rewinding, achieving high winding quality. ○ Slip Ring-less System → Not only simplifies the signal system by not using slip rings but also reduces transmission loss through the simplification of the winding power system, enabling fine tension control. ○ Cutting method can be selected according to web material properties, using an automatic centering air shaft. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
