The Extopper is a bypass system using a shut-off plate and temporary pipe designed to facilitate water replacement during inspection and repair within pipelines.
The conventional method uses sandbags, which are not sufficient for water stopping, and the installation and costs of submersible pumps, etc., are high. The Exstopper is a product that enhances the water-stopping ability and workability that were problematic during the water replacement phase of the conventional method. It fixes the water-stopping plate inside the pipe and drains using a temporary pipe.

It consists of a "stop water board" to stop the water, a "fixed band" to secure the stop water board, and a "temporary pipe" to drain the collected water. Additionally, for types with a diameter of 1500mm or more, an "extension arm" to support the fixed band is included, and a "tipping prevention bar" for safety is included with all models.
