This is an exposure device for forming circuits on FPC. It feeds in a pitch from roll to roll and burns patterns onto the dry film from above. The device consists of a roll unwinding machine → clean roller device → edge controller device → exposure section → roll feeding section → roll winding machine. 【Main Features】 High resolution with a parallel light source High precision substrate transport (servo roll feeding, edge controller) Tension control is possible Clean exposure section (equipped with upper HEPA unit, interior surface of the exposure section is made of SUS plate)
