The Flat Vacuum Pad SGON series is an oval-shaped flat vacuum pad. It is ideal for elongated and narrow workpieces such as rails and pipes, as well as workpieces with lateral burrs. The materials available include general-purpose nitrile rubber (NBR), silicone rubber (SI) suitable for direct food contact, markless rubber (HT1) that reduces marks left by suction, and ESD rubber (NBR-ESD) that prevents defects in electronic boards caused by electrostatic discharge. You can choose the most suitable pad for your workpiece from a total of 11 sizes, ranging from a minimum of 2mm x 4mm to a maximum of 30mm x 90mm.
