The SPB4 series vacuum pad for packaging machinery and bag packaging is a 4.5-stage bellows vacuum pad. With a soft sealing lip supported on the inside, it follows the surface shape and center of gravity of unstable workpieces, such as pouch bags, very well. By creating a moderate step between the bellows section and the sealing lip, the bellows and sealing lip do not stick together during pad compression, maintaining the flexibility of the sealing lip during transport. The large diameter of the pad allows for quick vacuum attainment without restricting the flow rate of pumps or blowers. Additionally, it can be directly inserted into standard-sized pipes, making it easy to connect to machinery. It is also possible to attach parallel 3/8 or parallel 1/2 screws.
