Automating the seal welding of heat exchanger tubes and tube sheets! Flexible customization to suit the site is also possible.
The difficulty of maintaining work quality in seal welding of heat exchanger tubes and tube sheets, which requires high skills and labor, is a major concern on site. This product has been improved as "usable equipment" precisely because we have our own on-site team. ★User-friendly operability for anyone★ With basic welding knowledge, it is possible to perform work comparable to that of skilled workers with just a few days of operational training. The standard head is compact and lightweight, weighing only 6 kg even when fully equipped. ★Versatile for wide applications★ Seal welding is possible for tube diameters ranging from 15 to 90 mm. By attaching a double shield chamber, it can also accommodate titanium welding.
