The CS-10000 series achieves a maximum peak voltage of 10kV and a maximum peak current of 8000A (CS-10800), covering the measurement of all power devices, including power devices used in high-speed railways. The CS-5000 series achieves a maximum peak voltage of 5kV and a maximum peak current of 1000A (CS-5300), covering the measurement of higher voltage power devices, such as measuring the breakdown characteristics of devices with a withstand voltage of 3300V. Additionally, all models are equipped with four collector supply modes. Furthermore, the operability of all models has been standardized.
