Iwatou Keisoku Co., Ltd. began selling the "Semiconductor Curve Tracer CS-5400," which is positioned as the highest model in the "Semiconductor Curve Tracer CS-5000 Series" that has been released traditionally, starting from May 22, 2012. The shipment is scheduled to begin in late August of the same year. The price is 13 million yen.
