(Therefore, small lot painting is not possible.) ● Additionally, the production of designated colors requires a period of more than one month. (Thus, delivery times measured in days are not feasible.) With this situation, it has been difficult to adopt powder coating despite its advantages. We are advancing initiatives as part of our "new approach to powder coating," including: ● Utilizing a stock of over 2,000 colors based on the color card system from powder coating manufacturers. ● Collaborating with paint manufacturers capable of small-scale production of powder coatings, enabling designated color powder coating to be realized within one week, even for small lots. We have established a system that leverages the strengths of powder coating, such as the ability to achieve a thick film (approximately 50μ to 100μ) in one coat, minimal VOC emissions (almost zero during processing), and faster painting speed compared to solvent-based coatings.

A single coating can achieve a film thickness of approximately 50μ to 100μ. The type of resin in the paint allows for various applications. - Epoxy resin: Excellent adhesion and used as a primer. It also has excellent chemical resistance. - Epoxy polyester resin: A hybrid paint combining epoxy and polyester resins, it possesses the advantages of both, but does not match the weather resistance of polyester resin and is inferior to epoxy resin in chemical resistance. - Polyester resin: Known for its excellent weather resistance, it has become the mainstream in current powder coatings. It is used in outdoor applications such as construction and vehicles. Additionally, with solvents, colors that are difficult to conceal, such as yellow and red, can be effectively covered in a single coat, reducing painting costs. Furthermore, for patterned paints like silver, it is possible to achieve stable color reproduction compared to solvent-based coatings.
