1. It can depanning any type of bread using a flat top plate and a press top plate (depth 9mm). 2. Unlike conventional suction-type depanners that adhere to the top of the product, this machine scoops from the bottom, preventing damage to the product and making it ideal for depanning items like pastries and sweet breads that cannot be adhered to from the top. 3. Since it scoops the product in its baked state, it does not cause capping like suction-type depanners do. 4. It is very quiet because it does not use a suction blower, and with an electrical capacity of only 0.8kW, it significantly reduces energy costs. 5. Made of stainless steel, it is hygienic and resistant to rust. 6. The adoption of an automatic belt tracking detection system has greatly extended the lifespan of the belt. 7. By bending the tip of the belt scraper, it has become easier to scoop products at the edge of the top plate. 8. By simply selecting the product on the touch panel (optional), optimal depanning can be achieved for that specific product.
