Ecdm-400SW is a semi-automatic ESD tester that uses our versatile ESD simulator, Ecdm 400E. By combining manual probes and dedicated probes, it can automatically measure the ESD tolerance of ICs on wafers and chips. Of course, testing of packaged ICs is also possible. Destruction due to ESD stress is measured by assessing the V-I curve and leakage current. Test conditions can be set via GP-IB from a computer.

Ecdm-400S-AUTO This device is ideal for ESD testing of up to 208 two-terminal devices. Samples are placed on the fixture board under the X-Y robot, and ESD testing is performed automatically. ESD application and failure judgment are conducted for each element. It is used for ESD testing of LEDs, transistors, MOS modules, diodes, MEMS, etc.

The Ecdm-400S-TLP is a testing device for measuring and analyzing protection circuits against electrostatic discharge. It is capable of applying current pulses of up to 6A to the sample. It consists of an oscilloscope, DC measurement device, TLP probe, computer, and testing software, among other components.
