For stable supply of molten fly ash and the like! A special ensarcircle method that combines both adhesion and flushing countermeasures, which are contradictory! Widely adopted in waste incineration plants!
The MP type is a mass feeder developed as a quantitative supply device for molten fly ash generated from waste incineration plant melting furnaces. Molten fly ash has hygroscopic and adhesive properties as a powder material, and also possesses flushing characteristics, so it is designed with a special ensircle structure that combines both adhesive and flushing countermeasures, making it widely used in many waste incineration plants. In addition, it is compatible with highly specialized powders and granules that have adhesive and flushing properties, and is widely used across various industries. 【Features】 ● The thin ensircle type supply plate allows for stable supply without adhesion or flushing. ● The powder pressure relief mechanism enables stable supply without being affected by powder pressure. ● For more details, please download the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
