- A system that can monitor momentary interruption events in the conductive parts with a resolution of 1μsec, in conjunction with the temperature cycle chamber. - It can simultaneously monitor up to 160 channels of momentary interruption events and acquire, display, and save multiple related information besides the momentary interruption events. - Event information (for each channel) - Number of event occurrences, duration of occurrence (momentary interruption time) - Number of cycles, temperature, temperature transition information of the thermal shock tester (up/down/hold) - It can flexibly handle file management, allowing multiple files to be handled simultaneously. - It can handle up to 15 different types of files simultaneously, regardless of whether they are new or existing. - When selecting an existing file, it is possible to continue testing from the last point of completion. - The application software consists of two types: a data collection app and a viewer app (for analyzing saved data). The viewer function is also included in the data collection app, allowing for confirmation of event occurrence status and CSV form output. - Different applications are provided for 12 channels/1 block and 20 channels/1 block (standard: 12 channels/1 block).
