【Features】 ○ Adoption of a multiplexer method using a combination of DMM and switch unit. ○ Compatible with both 2-wire and 4-wire measurement methods (specified at the time of manufacture). ○ Capable of supporting a standard configuration of over 100 channels. ○ Ability to confirm test conditions in real-time through resistance value lists and X-Y graphs. ○ Measurement intervals can be set from a minimum of 1 minute. ○ Measurement data is saved in a dedicated binary format. ⇒ It can be read by the viewer application, and CSV conversion output is also possible. ○ The power ON/OFF of the control PC can be linked to enable the power ON/OFF of the entire system. ● For more details, please download the catalog.
