The rock wool non-combustible material, insulation, and sound-absorbing material "Roxeram Felt with Outer Cover" is lightweight, flexible, and has improved workability for curved surfaces. It is a JIS A 9504 artificial mineral fiber thermal insulation material and JIS A 6301 sound-absorbing material. The outer cover is made of aluminum glass cloth, which is a combination of 20μm aluminum foil and JISR3414 (glass cloth) EP11E. The aluminum craft consists of 7μm aluminum foil bonded to 50g/m² craft paper. It is used for thermal insulation of air conditioning ducts, piping, and as insulation and dew prevention materials for walls and ceilings of buildings, as well as for soundproofing in multi-family housing. Additionally, our manufacturing process reuses blast furnace slag, a byproduct of steelmaking, at high temperatures, producing products with only half the energy of conventional processes.
