The grinding method involves holding the drill in a collet-equipped holder, positioning it, and then simply inserting it into the grinding unit to grind the first, second, and third relief angles. With a unique patented technology that incorporates bearings in the holder, it prevents collet wear, eliminating concerns about drill misalignment. It easily rejuvenates broken drills and those that have lost their cutting edge, contributing to cost reduction within the company. A CBN wheel for HSS drills is included as standard, but if you use the optional SDC wheel, it is also possible to grind carbide drills.
