Motionnet® is a high-speed serial communication system proposed by NPM. Based on the uniquely developed "G9000 series" of five types of devices, it is a total wiring reduction system that enables not only input/output control and motor control required in the FA field but also CPU emulation and message communication that can be remotely operated, taking advantage of its high speed. In cyclic communication for input/output control, it consistently transfers 4 bytes of data at a maximum of 15.1μs, during which it can interrupt to communicate up to 256 bytes (maximum) of data such as motor control and LSI control data. The communication time can be calculated using a predetermined formula, ensuring the real-time performance required in the FA field.
