This is an image processing device for inline detection of surface defects such as lumps, scars, and protrusions on electric wires.

This is the SI series surface defect detection device from Taymer, Canada. 【Specifications】 - It uses an industrial scan camera for high-frequency scanning. - Supports lines up to 400m/min. - Capable of detecting scratches as small as 0.1 x 0.1mm. 【Features】 By using three or four cameras, it can detect defects without any blind spots around the entire circumference. Images are automatically saved, allowing you to check the photos taken during defect detection, so you can verify when, where, and what kind of defects occurred. It can capture surface defects of electric wires that conventional cob inspection equipment cannot detect. It is also suitable for products where a spark tester cannot be used.
