The Auto-Pipe II type is a portable automatic cutting machine designed for cutting the end faces of steel pipes. The machine automatically moves around the chain while cutting the pipe. It accommodates pipe diameters from 150Φ to 600Φ, and the speed during ascent and descent is constant and stable. Additionally, a clutch is incorporated into the drive mechanism, making centering work easy. Operations are performed using a remote control panel, allowing work to be done from a distance. The gears and sprockets, treated with tough ride processing and black dyeing, excel in corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and the extremely simple mechanism makes maintenance easy.
