Bringing out the original flavor of coffee while showcasing its deliciousness right in front of the customer.
The coffee siphon is a device that uses a change in air pressure to move water up and down by setting a circular cloth filter in the tubular upper part (funnel), adding ground coffee beans, and heating the water in the spherical lower part (flask). It was invented in 19th century Europe and was introduced to Japan during the Taisho era as "coffee siphon." You can enjoy freshly brewed coffee right in front of you, and siphon coffee is also the method that best expresses the flavors of the beans. This romantic performance is truly a blissful experience.
