By incorporating a "nitrogen gas reciprocating compressor" into the hydraulic unit and connecting a nitrogen cylinder to the gas side of the compressor, it is possible to generate high-pressure gas.
The "reciprocating compressor for nitrogen gas booster" is a product that has passed the high-pressure gas equipment test by the High-Pressure Gas Safety Association in accordance with the High-Pressure Gas Safety Act. The "piston-type accumulator" used for the nitrogen gas booster is a "reciprocating compressor for nitrogen gas" under the High-Pressure Gas Safety Act. By incorporating the "reciprocating compressor for nitrogen gas" into a hydraulic unit and connecting a nitrogen cylinder to the gas side of the compressor, high-pressure gas can be generated. Company information
Our company developed the first bladder-type accumulator in Japan in 1958. Since then, we have achieved high longevity and high performance through the development of maintenance-friendly upper decompression, upper assembly, and upper inspection type accumulators, as well as the adhesive-free integrated manufacturing of bladders (rubber bags) and pleated structural design. Additionally, as a technology development-oriented company, the vast know-how cultivated through our in-house production is demonstrated by the acquisition of over 190 industrial property rights (patents and utility models) and more than 80 overseas patents. Our corporate philosophy is "Health and Safety," which extends beyond just our customers and employees to their families and local residents. We are committed to ensuring customer safety through a robust quality assurance system certified by ISO 9001 and recognized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, as well as factory certifications from the United States, the EU, and China. An accumulator is a hydraulic energy storage device that gradually accumulates small amounts of energy and converts it into large power instantaneously. Therefore, it is used as an energy-saving device in various industrial machinery such as steelmaking equipment, hydraulic excavators, and injection molding machines, as well as for shock and pulsation absorption in fluid piping within oil and chemical plants, among a wide range of applications.
