The Crack Tester CT-7 / Material Discrimination Device CT-7D is a device designed for online lines that quickly and easily inspects the surface cracks of metal parts, such as automotive components, flowing through production lines. Due to its eddy current method, it allows for full inspection without removing coatings like paint from the products. It is compatible with all types of metals, from steel to stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. Measurements can also be taken non-contact. The sensors can be custom-made to match the measurement objects, ranging from standard pencil types to through-type sensors.
