Video available! Introducing the plant-based solvent 【PAINTSOLV-W】, a safe alternative to harmful organic solvents for the human body.
◆ Significant reduction in industrial waste disposal costs (waste liquid can be regenerated) ◆ Very easy to handle (non-hazardous under the Fire Service Act, not subject to the Organic Solvent Poisoning Prevention Act or the PRTR Act, RoHS compliant, low VOC) ◆ Improved safety for workers and the working environment is possible (LD50, biodegradable data available) ◆ Comparable to or exceeding the cleaning power of organic solvents such as methylene chloride, MEK, toluene, xylene, IPA, trichloroethylene, dichloromethane, and glycol-based solvents in terms of high dissolving and stripping power. ◆ Not subject to regulations on harmful chemicals due to the revision of the Women's Labor Standards Act. ◆ Can be used as an alternative to substances like dichloromethane, which are considered causes of bile duct cancer. ◆ Heating the cleaning agent dramatically improves its cleaning power. ◆ Excellent compatibility with cleaning liquids such as showers, ultrasonic cleaners, and agitation. ◆ We conduct cleaning tests based on customer work. ◆ Case studies are available. Are you using a large amount of substances that are currently regulated or may be regulated in the future, causing you anxiety? Looking ahead to the future of the environment, we propose a cleaning agent that is thoroughly focused on safety and cleaning power.

basic information
◎ Until now, cleaning with toluene, methylene chloride, and even dichloromethane, which is considered a cause of bile duct cancer, has been mainstream for cleaning printing rollers, cylinders, and plates. There are many achievements with ultrasonic cleaning. ◎ By using Paint Solv R, the risks to workers and the work environment can be eliminated, ensuring high safety. Additionally, there is no need to be cautious when handling the cleaning agent (it is not classified as hazardous material or organic solvent), and we aim for cost reduction (waste liquid can be recycled). - Example of cleaning printing rollers, cylinders, and plates: After heating Paint Solv W, it is cleaned while rotating with ultrasonic cleaning, followed by rinsing and air blowing to complete the process.

Company information
In accordance with our mission to "keep the Earth safe and clean," we are developing and providing plant-based alternatives that are safe for both human health and the environment, addressing chemicals that cause harm to the human body and environmental destruction, such as toxic substances. Our focus is on ensuring that these alternatives do not harm the human body, do not destroy the environment, and can be thoroughly and rapidly decomposed by microorganisms, returning to nature. We will continue our development until safe plant-based alternatives to all chemicals are completed or a system is established that makes such chemicals unnecessary.
