A transport cart for heavy loads that allows for skilled maneuvering in confined spaces. Easier than ever before. Capable of moving to the right place with pinpoint accuracy.
OmniMove consists of non-driven special shape rollers, with each roller mounted between two stable, similar rims. This allows it to start moving in any direction—forward, backward, sideways, or diagonally—from a standstill, unlike conventional vehicles that only move forward and backward. ■ Adaptation of KUKA Robots in the Aerospace Field KUKA has been delivering robots and OmniMove to the aerospace sector, which is still not fully automated, for a long time and has numerous achievements. This includes areas requiring trajectory precision, processes needing recognition and intelligence via cameras, joining aircraft/components using robot FSW (friction stir welding), and transporting aircraft/automating lines/assembling parts/maintenance using OmniMove. Major clients include Boeing, Airbus, and Bombardier (titles omitted). There are many other achievements as well. There are numerous successes with a wide variety of work materials (aluminum, CFRP, titanium, etc.). 【For detailed specifications and case studies, please contact our sales department.】
