CFRP products can be machined just like iron, aluminum, and stainless steel. However, because carbon fibers are very hard, tools tend to wear out quickly, so it is necessary to carefully consider the selection of tools (such as carbide or diamond) and the timing of replacements to ensure precision.

It is possible to perform direct tapping on CFRP. However, it is necessary for the fibers to function as reinforcement, so we will conduct sufficient discussions in advance to design materials that meet the customer's application. Additionally, if there is a possibility of removing and attaching screws during product use, we can also supply products with coil inserts.
