A vacuum clamp system < I. Vac. Revo > IVR-04 series that allows for long-term maintenance of vacuum pressure without piping for thin material processing on horizontal machining centers. The vacuum pressure can reach a maximum of -90 kPa or more, providing exceptional suction power. The ability to maintain vacuum pressure for extended periods enables the use of multi-face pallets on horizontal machining centers, enhancing the efficiency of thin workpiece processing. Workpiece attachment is easily operated with a dedicated air gun. The sub-plate system, designed with a three-point pin method, allows for precise exchange of user-specific plates. The sub-plate is securely fixed with vacuum and four auxiliary clamps, ensuring safety and reliability. In the event of a vacuum pressure drop during long operations, the design allows for increased vacuum pressure through additional suction, providing peace of mind.
