By giving the surface of the signal light body a smooth shape, it reduces the adhesion of water and dust. Additionally, its structure, which prevents the exposure of metal parts such as screws and shafts, allows for safe use even in food processing lines with high moisture or in lithium-ion battery manufacturing processes. It adopts an outer lens structure that reduces the risk of environmental stress cracking due to oil mist. The lens cover is made of impact-resistant polycarbonate. By measuring the environmental sound frequency of cutting machines and alternating between the frequency bands of 2000Hz and 3000Hz, it reliably conveys the buzzer sound to operators from machine startup to high-speed processing.
