The PSM twin-screw extruder is a twin-screw extruder with mixing capabilities applicable to a wide range of fields. It is suitable for the mixing and dispersion of pigments, coloring agents, additives, fillers, and more, and can process various thermoplastic resins from general-purpose plastics to super engineering plastics. By combining the degassing process of volatile components, it can also incorporate reactive processing that involves chemical reactions within the extruder. Additionally, it is applied in multi-purpose uses such as continuous mixing, puffing, and extrusion of food and pharmaceuticals. - Introduced a high-torque, low-noise gearbox. - Adopted segmented meshing/deep-groove screw elements. - The barrel is of a split-type design, allowing for flexible selection of L/D ratios according to application. - Utilizes a PLC control system. - The structural design, safety protection devices, and manufacturing flow all comply with international safety standards such as CE.
