The lead switch fixed outside the main body is turned ON-OFF by the magnet inside the movable flapper of the flow passage. When flow occurs, the flapper swings towards the lead switch side, turning the switch ON. When the flow decreases, the flapper is pulled back by the attractive force between the flapper's magnet and the external magnet, turning the switch OFF. (Reverse mode versions can also be produced.) By combining changes in the strength of the external magnet, the area of the flapper, and the position of the lead switch, we set the operating flow rate value.
