The layered metal mesh filter offers more options for mesh opening size and thickness (number of layers). Additionally, adding a radius to the corners makes it easier for materials to enter.
- By using a layered wire mesh filter, the contact surface is uniform. - Because a layered wire mesh filter is used, there are more options for mesh size and thickness (number of layers), making it adaptable for various applications. - By adding a radius to the corners of the wire mesh, the issue of snagging when materials enter is resolved. - When using a stainless steel (irregular powder) sintered metal filter, the material itself can be sharp, which could pose a problem for soft or thin materials; this issue is resolved. - By applying surface treatment, the slip properties (wear resistance) are significantly improved, and the generation of static electricity can be suppressed. - Since it is adsorbed by air, it can be used with materials that do not stick to magnets (such as plastics, ceramics, carbon, etc.), eliminating the need to create fixtures for chucking.

basic information
The mesh size and thickness (number of layers) of the sintered metal mesh filter can be changed according to specifications. Additionally, the main body of the plate can also be designed and manufactured to meet specifications. By applying surface treatment, the slip resistance (wear resistance) is dramatically improved, and the generation of static electricity can be suppressed. It can also be used for applications referred to as porous plates or adsorption plates. Since this product does not use sintered metal, it can be used with thin and soft materials like filters. ................................................ Products made using the powder metallurgy method (a process of shaping metal powder and sintering it to create metal products) are referred to as "sintered metals." Among these, by specializing in sintered metal filters, which are porous metals, we can offer tailored solutions for various applications. Examples of applications include filters (for filtration and separation), silencers (for noise reduction), fluid rectification, liquid absorption, bubbling, and explosion-proof filters (frame arresters), and we are currently developing more applications. Additionally, over 15 types of materials can undergo sintering treatment. There are many types of porous metals, and not only pore diameter but also pore structure affects performance. Our distinguishing feature is that our sintered metal filters, made from metal powder, are all open-pore/continuous-pore (open porous) porous metals. Other types of porous metals include sintered metal mesh, which is created by stacking metal wire and sintering it while maintaining the precision of the mesh opening and also possessing strength; sponge-like porous metals formed solely from a skeletal structure; porous metals with numerous straight holes that resemble lotus roots; and foamed metals that have countless closed pores/independent pores (closed pore) created by adding a foaming agent to molten metal. Each type of porous metal has its own advantages and disadvantages, making it necessary to select the appropriate porous metal based on the intended application.
