A deodorization device with an extremely wide range of application, capable of treating most odors and organic solvent gases.
The "Direct Combustion Deodorization Device" is a system that processes gases containing organic solvents and unpleasant odors by maintaining the treatment temperature above the ignition point of the odor components and ensuring a retention time of more than a certain duration, allowing for the instantaneous oxidation and decomposition of organic solvents and odor components. The treatment temperature ranges from 700°C to 800°C, with a retention time of over 1 second, making it capable of treating exhaust gases containing components unsuitable for catalytic deodorization devices, and it is applicable to most exhaust gases. 【Features】 ■ Extremely wide applicability, capable of treating almost all odors and organic solvent gases ■ High deodorization efficiency due to the simplicity of the principle, with no fluctuations in deodorization efficiency ■ Incorporating a heat exchanger reduces the high fuel consumption caused by high-temperature processing *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

We are deeply grateful for your generous support and warm encouragement. We sincerely thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Taking this opportunity, we will once again return to the spirit of our founding and strive to improve our services even further through social contribution projects. We kindly ask for your continued patronage. Now, until now, we have introduced various VOC deodorization devices to the world. TESSHA Corporation (formerly known as Railway Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd.) was established in 1946 for the purpose of manufacturing railway vehicles. Subsequently, along with the advancement of motorization, we expanded our business into the field of air pollution control, developing groundbreaking environmental conservation products, including catalytic mufflers for automotive exhaust gas and catalytic deodorization devices for factory exhaust gases. To address all environmental issues, we not only tackle odor problems with deodorization devices but also resolve all sound issues with noise and soundproofing measures. If you have any concerns regarding odors or sounds, please feel free to contact us.
